V3 Dual Motion Rectangular Separators
The V3 offers both elliptical and linear motion with just a flip of a switch. Both motions provide benefits, but primarily linear motion offers superior solids conveyance, and elliptical motion generates a much gentler motion and provides excellent screen life.
Benefits of the V3 include few moving parts requiring little maintenance, easy screen changes, adjustable deck angle, clean and compact interior and a sanitary design.
Round Motion Rectangular Separators
The SWECO Round Motion (RM) Rectangular Shaker’s highly-efficient round motion conveying action is created by a two-bearing vibratory system, designed to run at 1000-2200 RPM, producing up to 3-½ Gs acceleration. Its effectiveness is maximized when inclined for dry screening or for horizontal wet scalping of slurries with a low percentage of oversized products. Good classification is also consistently achieved as the RM “tumbles and rolls” dry solids.
PH46 PharmASep Pharmaceutical Aseptic Separator
The PharmASep 1200mm (PH46) Filter/Dryer allows batch processing of up to 25 kg of solids as well as continuous processing in pilot plants and full production environments. For both wet and dry processes, the sealed pressure vessel design, with a highly polished crevice-free interior, delivers high yield product recovery while containing potent pharmaceutics for safer handling. Unique patented Vibro-Dry technology, developed by SWECO, allows vacuum drying to occur within the PharmASep while the product is gently tumbled on the screen surface, accelerating drying and reducing formation of agglomerates.

The adhesive developed by SWECO engineers is the key to this breakthrough screen. This pure white adherent combines FDA approved chemistry, with the durability to withstand caustic and steam cleaning.
In addition to retaining every quality and performance advantage of the original Supertaut, this screen can withstand severe environments, and is made from FDA approved components for food contact.
Supertaut Plus screens are available to fit nearly all circular separators. So, regardless of what type unit you have, you can equip it with the best screen on the market.

Centrifugal Sifters
An unmatched combination of features makes the SWECO Centrifugal Sifter the finest of its kind. The unique SWECO Pre-Screen (optional) allows more material to be screened with fewer fines in the oversize, which will increase productivity and efficiency, and ultimately optimize the profits of any processing system. Seven different models are available ranging from 0.3 ft² up to 17 ft² in screen area.
Multi-Motion Rectangular Separators
SWECO has developed a new rectangular separator that can adapt as solids characteristics change. Combining the patented elliptical motion with linear motion technology, SWECO has created the Multi-Motion (MM) Rectangular Separator, a revolutionary separator that delivers the benefits of two distinct motions.
The MM offers an attachment that can continuously or intermittently wash screen mesh free of solids. Screen blinding is a major cause of reduced capacity, and systems like the traveling spray will enable your shaker to perform more efficiently by assuring maximum throughput.
